There is no denying the importance of physical activity for older adults and group exercise classes can meet those needs. These classes not only offer fantastic health benefits but they also provide a great social activity. All classes use a chair for seated and/or standing support.
You can experience the fun and excitement by selecting an exercise class at either a local community center, independent or assisted living center. If you are an older adult facility looking to add to your program offerings, be sure to contact Forward Fitness for more information.
