Functional Living Exercise

This new and exciting class includes exercises that directly apply to daily life. The movement patterns mimic activities that are relevant and useful - like getting in and out of a chair, on and off a curb, and getting over a puddle. This proven program includes a series of exercises that are performed one after another at individual stations. When these exercises are completed following multiple repetitions, they help to enhance an individual’s functionality.

Jill is the first nationally certified Functional Aging Specialist in Western New York who offers this innovative, effective, and science based training program for older adults.

Arthritis Foundation Exercise ProgramArthritis Foundaton Exercise Class

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise program is a low-impact physical activity class proven to reduce pain and decrease stiffness. The sessions include gentle range-of-motion exercises that are suitable for every fitness level and ability. Led by a trained program leader, these enjoyable and motivational classes are done either standing or sitting in a chair.

Fee: 6 weeks - $60.00
